Farm Mgr. of Regenerative Organic Farm that provides produce to our own Meal Kitting business. It has a large, state of the art Green-house Aquaponics operation, 20 acres of no-till organic farming, 5 acres of native Pollinator Habitat and the remaining acreage is dedicated to cover crop operations to build up the organic matter of our soils. Responsible for planning, seeding, transplanting, bed and crop management, integrated pest management, harvesting and overall oversight of farm.

Qualifications:
Education:
• Direct Organic Production Farm lead or manager experience for at least 2 full season
• Direct Greenhouse Farm experience desired for at least 1 full season
• Experience with good farming and food handling practices
• Education in Agriculture with focus in organic farming or in-door greenhouse production is a plus but is not required
• A combination of related skills and education will be accepted
• Must not be a smoker due to Tobacco Mosaic Virus risk

Technical:
• At least three-year experience organic farming practices on a production farm
• Flower production and greenhouse production experience desired but not required
• Knowledge of and passion for sustainable, regenerative agricultural practices
• Farm planning experience and working knowledge of overall farm operations and seasonal planning
• Knowledge of harvesting, handling, storage, and delivery techniques for a wide variety of perishable crops required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Able to safely lift 50 pounds required
• Willing to work in diverse and sometimes challenging weather conditions for long work hours required
• Willing to work long hours and adapt to schedule changes as required by farm production schedule and weather shifts impacting work required
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with internal & external business partners / customers
• Commitment to full season minimum, April through mid-November – with ability to extend contract if mutually agreed by management and employee

Benefits:
• $40K – 60K per year, depending on experience
• Performance bonus possible based on overall farm performance and individual performance up to 10% of base salary
